Why can’t I find the NetZoom Add-in on Microsoft’s AppSource store?
NetZoom Add-in for Office is not available on Microsoft AppStore. You may contact us at phone 630.281.6464 or using Support@NetZoom.com to find how to receive the NetZoom Add-in for Office.

Are there any limitations when deploying the Add-in manually?
Yes. Manual or sideload deployment has following limitations:
1. The add-in can only be installed on Windows computers.
2. If a new version of an add-in is available, each user has to re-install the Add-in.

I am using the NetZoom Add-in. Why there are limited device stencils available?
If only a few device stencils are available to you, you may have limited access to NetZoom’s device shape library. To purchases additional subscription to access full Device Library, you may contact us at phone 630.281.6464 or using Support@NetZoom.com.

What version of Office do I need to use NetZoom Add-in?
NetZoom Add-in for Office has been tested to work with Office 2016 or a higher version including Office365.

Can I use the NetZoom Add-in for Office with cloud instance of NetZoom Enterprise?
Yes. NetZoom Add-in for Office is available to both On-Premises and Cloud users.

Is the NetZoom Add-in for Office secure?
Yes, in order to use the NetZoom Add-in for Office, a user must log in with the same credentials they use to access the NetZoom Enterprise application.

Can I distribute my Office diagrams freely?
Yes. However, users must have their own NetZoom subscription to use NetZoom shapes. In addition, NetZoom shapes cannot be copied, modified, distributed or sold for commercial purposes. Please read the End-User License Agreement for more information.

Can I make Changes to device data for my Site Data Center using the NetZoom Add-in for Office?
No, NetZoom Add-in for Office has read-only access to data. The NetZoom Add-in cannot be used to make changes to the NetZoom Enterprise data.

What if I do not see the diagram I need?
Some Diagrams are only available for rack. You may contact us at phone 630.281.6464 or using Support@NetZoom.com to explorer more diagrams.

What do I Do If My Device Diagram Is Outdated?
If you feel a device shape or a stencil has inaccurate data or images, you can report the shape for correction. This can be done through the NetZoom Service Portal at service.NetZoom.com.

What if I Can’t Find the Shapes I Need?
NetZoom is constantly updating our Device Library with new device shapes, with new devices added every week. If you have a device that is not represented in our library, you may request the shape be made. This can be done through the NetZoom Service Portal at service.NetZoom.com.

I do not have login information to use NetZoom Enterprise; Can I still use NetZoom Add-in for office
No, you cannot. Anyone planning to install and use NetZoom Add-in for office must be authorized to access NetZoom Enterprise; a valid credentials are required to use NetZoom Add-in with NetZoom Enterprise.

Our URL to access NetZoom Enterprise has changed and now I am not able to access NetZoom Add-in for Office. What can I do?
The manifest file, installed on your computer remembers URL for your NetZoom Enterprise. Since your new URL to access NetZoom Enterprise is different, you must follow instructions in this document to re-install NetZoom Add-in for Office.

Can I access device shapes or data from my other Site Data Centers in NetZoom Enterprise?
You can switch to another Site Data Center using NetZoom enterprise.
The DataCenter tab in NetZoom Add-in displays a tree view of last used Site Data Center in NetZoom Enterprise. If you need to change Site Data Center for use in NetZoom Add-in, you must do so within the NetZoom Enterprise application. Once you have changed Site Data Center in NetZoom Enterprise, you can re-launch NetZoom Add-in to use data from new Site Date Center.

How Do I Remove the NetZoom Add-in for Office?
You can Manually remove a previously sideloaded NetZoom add-in by clearing the cache in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint on your computer. Delete the manifest file in your Network path of Sharable folder and also delete Network path of Sharable folder you added to the Trusted Add-in Catalogs.
To remove all sideloaded add-ins from Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, delete the contents of the following folder: "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef\"
If the following folder exists, delete its contents too:
"%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Win32WebViewHost_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\#!123\INetCache\"
